WeFix and Trade: Facebook followers up 214% by building a local repair community
Socialcave runs the website, search, social media and ads for WeFix and Trade, a phone repair and trade-in business with four Oxfordshire stores. By activating local Facebook groups and answering every comment and query quickly, its Facebook following grew from 700 in February 2023 to 2,200 today, with posts averaging 11,000 views a month.

The challenge
Where WeFix and Trade started
Four stores, one brand, and a market where people buy and sell used phones through local Facebook groups. WeFix needed to be the name that came up in those conversations, not just another listing, while its feed was a mix of stock photos and one-off templates.
